NCA (Notice of Cash Allocation)

A Notice of Cash Allocation (NCA) is an authorization issued by the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) to government agencies, allowing them to withdraw cash from the National Treasury to pay for their approved expenditures.

For PBB (Performance-Based Bonus), an NCA means:

✔ Funds are ready

✔ The agency or school division can begin processing the payment

✔ It is a key step before the actual release of the bonus
