MalacaƱang, through Memorandum Circular No. 106, suspends work in government offices and classes on Monday (Nov. 10, 2025) in the National Capital Region, Cordillera, and Regions I, II, III, IV-A, IV-B, V, and VIII as Super Typhoon #UwanPH (Fung-wong) barrels through Luzon with destructive winds and torrential rain.
Meanwhile, classes at all levels in the aforementioned regions, as well as in Regions VI, VII, and the Negros Island Region, are suspended on Nov. 10 and 11.
“Agencies responsible for basic, vital, and health services, preparedness and response duties must continue to remain operational,” the circular read.
MalacaƱang said other government offices in affected areas may adopt alternate work arrangements to ensure the continuity of essential functions.
Local governments outside the listed regions are authorized to issue their own class and work suspensions as needed.
