The SRI or Service Recognition Incentive is a year-end monetary incentive given by the Philippine government to all qualified government employees as a form of recognition for their hard work, dedication, and collective performance throughout the year.

2019 — AO #19 (Dec 2)

Up to ₱10,000 unang SRI wave!

Administrative Order (AO) No. 19, s. 2019 authorized a one-time Service Recognition Incentive (SRI) of up to P10,000 for government employees in the Executive Department for Fiscal Year (FY) 2019. The incentive was for personnel in national government agencies, state universities, GOCCs, and uniformed services who were still in service as of November 30, 2019, and had rendered at least four months of service. 

2020 — AO #37 (Dec 18)

Up to ₱10,000pandemic year, pero tuloy ang SRI!

Administrative Order (AO) No. 37, series of 2020, is a Philippine government directive from December 18, 2020, authorizing the grant of a one-time Service Recognition Incentive (SRI) for government employees for Fiscal Year (FY) 2020. The order allowed for a uniform amount not exceeding P10,000 for each eligible employee, with the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) issuing the implementing guidelines. 

2021 — AO #45 (Dec 24)

Up to ₱10,000Christmas gift from the government!

Administrative Order (AO) No. 45, series of 2021, is a Philippine government directive that authorized the grant of a one-time Service Recognition Incentive (SRI) of up to P10,000 to qualified government employees for fiscal year 2021. The incentive was granted to acknowledge employees' contributions, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic, and its release was contingent on the financial capability of the specific government agency or local government unit (LGU). 

2022 — AO #1 (Dec 16)

Up to ₱20,000 level up!

Administrative Order (AO) No. 1, s. 2022 for the Philippines authorizes a one-time Service Recognition Incentive (SRI) for qualified government employees in the Executive Department for FY 2022, granting a uniform amount not exceeding PHP 20,000 to recognize their contributions, especially during the pandemic. The order applies to civilian personnel in national government agencies, state universities, and government-owned or -controlled corporations. 

2023 — AO #12 (Dec 7)

Up to ₱20,000early Christmas spark!

Administrative Order (AO) No. 12, series of 2023, was issued by the Office of the President of the Philippines to authorize a one-time Service Recognition Incentive (SRI) for qualified government employees for Fiscal Year 2023. The incentive is a uniform rate not exceeding 20,000 per employee, granted as recognition for their contributions to the government. This includes civilian personnel, military personnel, and other uniformed personnel, subject to specific eligibility and service requirements. 

2024 — AO #27 (Dec 12)

Up to ₱20,000consistent and still strong!

Administrative Order (AO) No. 27, s. 2024, issued by the President of the Philippines, authorizes the grant of a one-time Service Recognition Incentive (SRI) for qualified government employees for Fiscal Year 2024. The order allows for a maximum of PHP 20,000 for some employees, such as public school teachers and personnel from uniformed services, and establishes guidelines for payment and proration based on agency budgets.
