Class suspensions have been announced in various areas for Tuesday, July 29, 2025, due to reasons such as disaster recovery operations. Below is the list of confirmed suspensions: 

1. San Carlos City Pangasinan - An order suspending face to face classes in both public and private schools in ALL LEVELS, while WORK in GOVERNMENT AGENCIES shall RESUME within the territorial jurisdiction of San Carlos City due to the expected forecast of inclement weather caused by "𝐇𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐭" and enjoining all institutions affected by this order to adopt alternative modes of learning if necessary.

2. Masantol, Pampanga - As widespread flooding continues to affect almost all areas in Masantol due to high tides, continuous rains brought by the enhanced Southwest Monsoon, and the expected volume of water coming from upstream in the following days, it is no longer safe for students and school personnel to travel. Acting on these scenarios, the Local Government Unit of Masantol is suspending classes at all levels, both public and private, from tomorrow, July 28, 2025, until Friday, August 1, 2025.

3. San Simon, Pampanga - CANCELLATION OF IN-PERSON CLASSES IN SAN SIMON, PAMPANGA DUE TO THE PREVAILING FLOOD SITUATION AND UTILIZATION OF SCHOOLS AS EVACUATION CENTERS

4. Santo Tomas, Pampanga - ayor Johnny A. Sambo suspends face-to-face classes in all levels, both in public and private schools, from July 28 to 30, 2025 (Monday to Wednesday) due to the severe effects of Typhoon Crising, Dante, and Emong combined with the Enhanced Southwest Monsoon (Habagat).

5. Benguet - Governor Dr. Melchor Daguines Diclas has issued an Executive Order suspending all face-to-face classes in both public and private schools from Preschool to Senior High School in the Province of Benguet on Tuesday, July 29, 2025. 
6. Baguio City - NO CLASSES FOR PRESCHOOL TO SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL TUESDAY
Mayor Benjamin B. Magalong directed the suspension of classes tomorrow July 29, 2025 from Preschool to Senior High School due to non-stop monsoon rains causing soil saturation which may result to erosion.
