The Department of Education issues DepEd Memorandum No. 39, s. 2022 or the 8th Principals Congress of the National Association of Public Secondary Schools of the Philippines (NAPSSPHIL) Inc.
The 8th Principals Congress aims to provide vision and direction in upholding the learner's right to access Basic Quality Education, promoting safety, health, and well-being in the new normal through excellent school leadership and management.
