MECHANICS
1. The raffle draw is open to all recipients of NEAP Communications Package who have updated their PDIS Accounts.
2. Participants who have updated their PDIS Accounts on or before May 04, 2022 are automatically included in the raffle draw. The electronic grand draw period will be on May 05 - 06, 2022. The winners will be announced during the NEAP Transformation Launch on May 31 - June 01 , 2022.
3. The winners will be randomly picked via electronic raffle draw under the supervision of NEAP and OSEC representatives.
4. The prizes are not transferable nor convertible to cash.
5. The decision of the Raffle Committee will be considered final and irrevocable.
