MAY PONDO BA PARA SA PREPARATION SA FACE-TO-FACE CLASSES?
-Ayon sa DepEd Order No, 17, s. 2022 ay maaring gamitin ang School Maintenance and other Operating Expenses (School MOOE) para sa implementation ng Face-to-Face Classes. Maaari din gamitin pang suporta dito ang General Management and Supervision-MOOE(GMS-MOOE).

SAAN PWEDE GAMITIN ANG MOOE?
1. Production, reproduction, and distribution of alternative learning modules;
2. Development of Home Learning Guide;
3. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE); 4. Production and distribution of EIC Collaterals to promote minimum health standards;
5. Maintenance of respiratory and hand hygiene/ WASH;
6. Rehabilitation of water and sanitation facilities; and
7. Minor improvements in classrooms for proper ventilation.

PAANO YUNG NAG ABONO PARA AYUSIN ANG MGA CLASSROOMS PARA SA FACE-TO-FACE CLASSES?
-Maari ma-reimburse ng ating mga teachers ang expenses mula sa authorized at coordinated activities para sa paghahanda sa face-to-face classes.
-Mahalaga na mapag usapan ng ating mga teachers kasama ang school head kung papaano gagamitin ang MOOE pato sa maayos na paghahanda pars sa face-to-face classes.
-Paalala lamang na dapat ay complaint sa budgeting, accounting, at auditing rules at naaayon sa tamang pagggamit ng MOOE ang mga reimburse expenses.

SAAN HINDI PWEDE GAMITIN ANG MOOE?
1. Procurement of tangible items beyond the capitalization threshold (currently at P15,000);
2. Hiring of contractual or casual employees, whose salaries and other compensation benefits should be charged against Personnel services allocations; and
3. Payment of other Capital Outlay items such as infrastructure projects.

Kasunod ng pag-apruba ni Pangulong Duterte para sa progressive expansion ng face to face classes noong Enero 17, naglabas ang Kagawaran ng Edukasyon ng DepEd Order No.17, s.2022 o ang Guidelines on the Progressive Expansion of Face to Face Classes.

Layon ng gabay na ito na matulungan ang mga paaralan sa mekanismo at pamantayan ng pagsasagawa ng face to face classes upang masiguro ang epektibo, maayos, at ligtas na implementasyon para sa ating mga mag-aaral.

Sa usapin ng pondo, nakasaad sa Seksiyon IX ng DO 17, s. 2022 na ang pondong gagamitin para sa implementasyon ng face to face classes ay pangunahing kukunin mula sa Operation for School – Maintenance and Other Expenses (MOOE) tulad ng pinahihintulot sa annual appropriations act.
