TEACHERS WHO RECEIVED THE NEAP 379 SIM CARD ARE REQUESTED TO:
a. go to www.deped.gov.ph/neap/register.html
b. choose the Region and SDO from the list
c. fill-out the Google Form Registration with appropriate details.
