The 2025 Productivity Enhancement Incentive (PEI) guidelines for government employees in the Philippines include a payment of up to P5,000, disbursed starting December 15, 2025. Employees must be in service as of November 30, 2025, and have rendered at least four months of satisfactory service by that date to be eligible for the full amount. Pro-rated payments are available for those with less than four months of service.

Eligibility and payment details

Payment date: Not earlier than December 15, 2025.

Service requirement: Employees must be in the service as of November 30, 2025.

Performance requirement: At least a total of four months of "at least satisfactory" service must be rendered by November 30, 2025.

Pro-rated amount: Employees who have rendered less than four months of service but are still in the service as of November 30, 2025, will receive a pro-rated PEI. 

Payment date is officially not earlier than December 15, 2025, but some SDOs have already released the PEI today
