Subject to existing accounting and auditing rules and regulations, and upon the release of the Notice of Cash Allocation from DBM, the annual clothing and uniform allowance shall be released to all eligible personnel not earlier than the first working day of April of the current year.

Clothing Allowance for Elementary and Senior High School students in the Division of Tarlac has been released, according to a credible source, Ma'am Shiela Lim Manuel of NCR-ASSERT.
Different divisions are expected to release the aforementioned allowance to assist teachers in preparation for the full set of new Department of education uniforms.
