Summary of Schools by Municipality by Risk Classification for the Pilot Schools for Face to Face Classes(n=59) as of October 2, 2021

Narito na ang 59 na paaralang napili mula sa 638 na nominadong paaralan para sa isasagawang pilot implementation ng face-to-face classes na magsisimula sa Nobyembre 15, 2021 base sa rekomendasyon ng Department of Health (DOH) sa DepEd.

Ang mga napiling paaralan ay masusing sinuri ng DOH Epidemiology Bureau at kinilalang minimal o low risk, base sa Alert Levels ng mga probinsya/highly urbanized cities (HUC)/ independent component cities (ICC) at risk category ng munisipalidad at siyudad.
