The Department of Education (DepEd) and the Department of Health (DOH) issue the Joint Memorandum Circular No. 1, s. 2021 to guide the safe implementation of the limited face-to-face classes and to improve learning outcomes during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The guidelines also cover the roles and responsibilities of stakeholders across governance levels to ensure effective, efficient, and safe implementation.
